Extending The Moment Captured

Life is just full of moments, from one to the next, fleeting. What I see in that moment might be different to what someone else views. I use my camera which is usually a Nikon to manipulate the view captured. Sometimes I'm freezing the view captured in a moment and at other times I'm extending the viewed moments and blending them together. Using a slow shutter and an ND filter to allow for a slower shutter, depending on the time of day. The filter may not be needed at sunset. I also will pan the camera sharply for effect at times.

I'm also a big bokeh chaser and have yet to master this aspect of wave photography. Have my under-water set up with an art lens ready to go.
